Floating Home Refresh
Always love a project where I get to help refresh the home with picking out new paint colors inside and out. This floating home needed new exterior and interior paints. The inside I went neutral, fresh and bright. For the exterior after looking at the homes on the same dock I knew we couldn’t go with blue as it seems all floating homes are blue. We went with a nice fresh green and a grayish blue accent and white trim, while the docking went to an earthy brown.
I love to include little details that most people will miss, the live plants that I used all pull a nautical theme. The kitchen has a string of Fish Hooks vine, the dining table has a plant that is Swimming Dolphins, and then the bathroom and office have a succulent that looks like a seaweed/coral type of plant.
