This fast and easy appetizer is the perfect combination of cool, crisp, crunchy and creamy. The creaminess pairs perfectly with Patterson Cellars Chardonnay!
Ingredients
- 1-15 oz can white beans
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tb. Tahini
- ½ lemon zested & juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- English Cucumber
- Dill leaves, sea salt, & Pistachio bits for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the white beans, garlic, tahini, lemon zest, juice and olive oil in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
- Cut cucumber into slices, pipe hummus onto cucumber and garnish with sea salt, pistachio bits and a dill leaf.
