Espresso Amaretto Martini

IMG_0291
I love the flavor and aroma of Amaretto liqueurs. The other day while making my White Chocolate Cranberry Delights, I had a bottle of Amaretto out and threw a splash into a shot of espresso. It was so tasty and I knew that I had to create a drink around these flavors. The chocolate, espresso bean and toasted almond rim is optional, but the sweetness and crunch add texture and a depth to the drink that is just perfect!

how good is that
