Bunny Drop Easter Martini
Every holiday needs a cocktail and this is the perfect cocktail for Easter. Strawberries, the flavors of the season ahead and the fresh grapefruit juice, which incorporates the zest of the winter citruses we’ve been enjoying along with vodka and St. Germain make a delicious combination. You can easily make a large batch of strawberry purée in advance so you can serve a crowd. Get your friends hopped up on my Bunny Drop Easter Martini. It’s wonderful at Easter and almost anytime.

Get your friends hopped up on my Bunny Drop Easter Martini. It’s wonderful at Easter and almost anytime.
Ingredients
- 4 strawberries
- ½ grapefruit, juiced
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 ounce St. Germain
- 3 ounces vodka (grapefruit vodka is good here, too)
- Rosé sparkling wine
Instructions
- Remove the stems from the strawberries, and dice. Place strawberries, sugar and juice from half of a pink grapefruit into a blender. Purée until you have a smooth mixture. Strain through a sieve to remove strawberry seeds.
- In a martini shaker with ice, add strawberry mixture, Saint Germain and vodka. Shake!Divide cocktail between two martini glasses and then top with sparkling wine. Enjoy!
