Resolutions

The number one New Year’s resolution is always to shed the extra pounds and exercise, right?  My question is why don’t we just live a healthy life year round? 

Over the next few weeks I plan on sharing how I live a healthy life, and how easy it is.   I say it’s easy and yet I still have to remind myself to keep at it.  

Along with my challenge to cook thru all of my cookbooks and to get people cooking with my #letsgetcooking campaign (you can find out more about this on my Facebook page), I believe we can all live a healthy life.  Let’s get started!
