Starting this month, I am launching Shaun’s Cookbook Club!
What is the Cookbook Club you may ask?
At least once a month I will host a dinner for up to 6 guests and serve recipes from my upcoming cookbook as well as some of my favorite classic cookbooks in my collection.
You will get to experience a casual evening of great food all paired with my favorite amazing wines from our personal collection.
Meet new people, learn my tips and tricks for cooking & entertaining, relax and enjoy!
First event will be Saturday March 26th at 5pm. A Spring inspired menu in the works (See Below).
Fee $100 includes food, wine, pug cuddles, and a takeaway gift.

My Vegetarian Mushroom Pappardelle
Stanley Tucci’s Family Meatballs in homemade Ragu with local Artisan Bread
Seasonal Spring Vegetable side
Served with both California & Washington Cabernet Sauvignon for comparing and contrasting.
Dessert:
Salted Caramel Tiramisu
Paired with Coffee and Dessert drink.
